By 7 am Jan. 24 I discovered that are sump pump had stopped working and our basement was flooded. After talking to our insurance agency who gave us SERVPRO's phone number. The SERVPRO crew was there by 2:00 and the water was removed by 6:00 PM. During the two days that followed SERVPRO continued the cleanup with fans and de-humidifiers until the area was dry and no smell. SERVPRO followed up by cleaning the area and putting back the furniture along with large items. They concluded by placing blocks under all items to ensure everything dried properly.

Your advice on how to organize what was staying and what was being disposed of was a huge help to us and to your crew.
It was extremely nice that you stayed in constant contact with us not just during the removal of our ruined property and drying of our basement but to keep checking on us afterwards. Your crew came in and was not just friendly but extremely caring not just to how they treated us but with the removal of our loss property. They had actually helped recover some things that we thought was lost. All of you went beyond what was required. Having you and your team in our home wasn't like dealing with a company, it was feeling like being helped by friends. Companies don't keep calling you back to see how you are doing after the job is done and they have their money. You took the time out of your busy day when you didn't need to just to ask " how are you guys doing?"
