Yesterday, SERVPRO of Trumbull and Ashtabula Counties proudly sponsored the Ashtabula County Safety Council's monthly luncheon. It was a fantastic opportunity to present our services to all the members and emphasize the importance of preloss relationships and disaster awareness.
We kicked things off with a special SERVPRO and Disaster Preparedness Trivia Challenge!

Local businesses, community leaders, and avid golfers alike converged on Avalon Golf and Country Club to participate in this golf outing.

Golf has long been known for its ability to bring people together in support of worthy causes, and this year’s Inspiring Minds Golf Outing Fundraiser promises to be no exception. Scheduled against the picturesque backdrop of Avalon Golf and Country Club in Warren, this event teed off on Friday, June 14th.

A Day of Impactful Swings

The Inspiring Minds Golf Outing Fundraiser isn’t just about sinking putts and driving long off the tee—it’s about driving positive change in the lives of young people. Funds raised through this event will directly benefit the programs and initiatives of Inspiring Minds, a nonprofit organization dedicated to providing educational support, mentorship, and enrichment opportunities to up to 4,500 students.

Community Support in Action

Penguin Pride in Youngstown, OH

On Oct. 28, we had the opportunity to once again sponsor water bottles at an event that attracted nearly 1,000 people. This time, they were all "penguins!"

Local college Youngstown State University's mascot is the Penguin and for this year's Homecoming they sought out to break the Guinness World Record for Most People Dressed Like Penguins. Students, alumni, and families flocked to the event, wanting to be apart of this record breaking event. If YSU were to break the record, all participants would have their name in the next Guinness Book of World Records for 2018.

Participants loved their SERVPRO water bottles. Many took photos and posed with their water bottles for us. This was also a good way for the community to understand who we are as well as what we do.

We loved being able to assist with this event and want to congratulate YSU for "unofficially" breaking the world record with 972 Penguins strong! 

Fourth of July Parade in Newton Falls, OH

Newton Falls, OH was packed with things to do for the Fourth of July. Their celebrations started with a car show on June 24^th where they gave out 131 trophies. Next there was a bike show and run where they gave out trophies for the best bikes for each category. At the bike show they also held a hot dog eating contest with music and fun. We were able to bring some of our fleet to the parade to celebrate our independence with the Newton Falls community. It was a beautiful day and we were so happy that we got to meet some of the residents and get to know the community better. Remember we are always here to help!

River Rock at the Amp

The crowd at River Rock

River Rock at the Amp is a summer full of classic rock concerts in Warren, Ohio. The concert series is located in the beautiful city of Warren, OH near the historic Courthouse Park. We had the opportunity to sponsor the event on June 10, 2017. We invited our friends and family to the event to enjoy food from Vernon’s Café and Sunrise Inn while listening to the bands Southern Whiskey & 7 Bridges. The amphitheater has ground seating but allows lawn chairs and blankets to be brought for convenience. Many food and beverage options are located around the theater to be purchased. Free parking accommodates all attendees. We shot out many SERVPRO t-shirts to the crowd in between bands. We had a great time and are looking forward to sponsoring again next year!
