Remodel in Warren, OH

These photos show a customer's kitchen that was heavily affected by water. The customer had snap-lock flooring down, and due to the water, it had begun to buckle and pop throughout the kitchen and dining areas. It had to be torn out and discarded. The first photo shows after mitigation was complete. This process entailed tearing out all the damaged flooring and its backer, as well as drying out the underlying subfloor and stabilizing the rest of the structure.

The second photo shows after the completed reconstruction and remodeling phase. We worked very closely with the customer, as well as their insurance provider to get what the customer wanted put back into their home. It truly looks "Like it never even happened."
